Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days, depending on location.

• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Golden Autumn is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
